Kenaome ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What this policy covers.
This policy applies to the kenaome.com website (the "Site") and to the sign-up page for our free CRM template, which is provided through our email service provider, MailerLite. It does not apply to other websites you may reach through links, such as Pinterest.
3. Information we collect.
When you visit the site. Our hosting provider automatically receives the technical information needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the date and time of your visit. We do not use analytics tools, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels on the site. Our hosting infrastructure may set strictly necessary technical cookies, for example, for security.
When you sign up for the free CRM template. We collect your email address and any other information you choose to enter in the form. MailerLite also records the date, time, IP address, and source of your sign-up as proof of your consent. We may see whether you open our emails and click the links in them.
When you contact us. If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and the content of your message.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information. Please do not send any.
4. How we use your information and why.
To deliver the site and keep it secure. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
To send you the free CRM template and our emails about business systems for photographers, including occasional news about our products. Our legal basis is your consent.
To answer your messages. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who write to us.
To keep a record of unsubscribe requests and meet our legal obligations. Our legal basis is our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in honoring your choices.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising purposes, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
5. Who we share it with.
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our emails, under written agreements, and with public authorities when the law requires it. Our providers are:
Carrd Inc. (United States), which hosts the site.
UAB MailerLite (Lithuania), which provides our sign-up page and sends our emails. MailerLite may use sub-processors.
Google (Google Workspace), which provides the email service for [email protected].
Other parties do not collect personal information about your online activity across different websites through the Site.
6. International transfers.
Carrd Inc. processes data in the United States, and its data processing addendum incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the European Economic Area. Depending on where you are located, your information may therefore be processed in Lithuania or the United States.
7. How long we keep it.
Subscriber information: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep your email address on a suppression list so that we do not email you again, unless you ask us to delete it.
Messages sent to [email protected]: as long as needed to handle your request and a reasonable time afterward in case of follow-up questions, then we delete them.
Hosting records: kept by Carrd under its own practices.
8. Your choices and rights
Unsubscribe.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We process unsubscribe requests promptly, and in any case, within 10 business days.
Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within one month, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you also have the right to restrict or object to our processing, to receive your information in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdraw it.
Do Not Track. The site does not track you across other websites, so it does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.
9. Children.
The Site is for adults who run photography businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Security.
We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy.
We will post any update on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we make a material change to how we use your email address, we will tell subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
